Is It Ever Acceptable To Cry At Work?

What sort of example is a British school headmaster giving when he breaks down in tears while on stage at a conference and, surprisingly, is applauded by his fellow teachers? Britain didn’t gain an empire by having a touchy feely education system. It had a system based on the principal that a sound thrashing was good for students and teachers alike.
